You can attach photos and files to your text messages, so sharing a parking map, a receipt, or a photo of the lost sunglasses you found is as easy as texting it.
From the Web App
In any conversation — one-on-one or a group thread — use the attachment button in the compose area to add an image to your message. The attachment sends as part of the text conversation — the guest receives it as a standard picture message (MMS), no app or link required.
From the Mobile Apps
On mobile you can attach:
Photos from your camera roll
Camera captures — take a photo right from the compose screen
PDFs — share documents like folios or local guides
What Guests See
Attachments arrive as a normal picture message from your Hello Hotel number. Guests can also text photos back to you — see Viewing Photos Guests Send You.
Good to Know
Group threads work too. Attachments send in a group conversation exactly the way they do one-on-one. See Group Messaging.
Keep files reasonable. Carriers limit attachment sizes; large files may be compressed or fail to send.
