When a guest texts your Hello Hotel number a photo, it now shows up right inside the conversation — on both the web app and the mobile app. Before, a picture message would come in but you had no way to see the image itself. Now the photo appears inline, so you can see exactly what the guest sent.
In the conversation timeline — an inbound photo renders as an image right in the thread, in order with the rest of the messages, calls, and notes.
In your inbox list — a photo-only text (a picture with no words) shows a 📷 Photo preview in the conversation list, so you know at a glance that something came in.
On the web app — click the photo to open it larger in a viewer, then press Escape or click away to close.
On the mobile app — tap the photo to open it, and pinch to zoom in for a closer look.
This is for photos guests send you. It covers inbound picture messages (MMS) landing in your conversations.
Non-image attachments show a clean fallback instead of a broken image, so the thread still reads cleanly if a guest sends something that isn't a picture.
Very old photos may expire. Picture links from the carrier can expire after about a month, so a photo from a long-ago conversation may no longer load. Recent photos display normally.
