Your dashboard is the first thing your team sees, and it's built to answer one question: what still needs a person? It surfaces the callers you haven't gotten back to, the voicemails no one has cleared, and any system notices worth knowing about.
The Missed Calls card lists every caller a human hasn't returned yet — one row per caller, with the guest's name, room, and stay status where we have it from your PMS.
Only a real human callback clears a caller. A callback, a text from a team member, an answered later call, or a resolved voicemail all count as "returned." An automated text or an AI reply does not — so the list reflects who genuinely still needs a person, not who got an auto-reply.
Mark handled or Dismiss any row when you've taken care of it, including off-system (for example, you called the guest from the front desk phone). Both actions have an Undo in case you clear the wrong one.
A red badge shows how many new misses have come in.
The card updates live across your team, so when a colleague returns a call it clears for everyone.
Good to know: The Missed Calls card replaced the old Conversations card on the dashboard. Your full conversation history still lives on the Conversation Screen.
The Voicemails card is a list of unresolved voicemails — one compact row each with the caller's name, guest status, room or stay summary, and the voicemail's duration. It's built to mirror the Missed Calls card so you can triage both the same way.
Each row links straight to the conversation so you can listen and follow up.
The card updates live as new voicemails come in and as they get resolved.
For more on reading and clearing voicemails, see Managing Your Voicemail and AI Summaries on Voicemail and Calls.
When a teammate @-tags you in an internal team note, that conversation shows up in your Tagged for you card — so notes addressed to you don't get lost in the inbox. Each row links straight to the note, where you can reply or mark it done. Marking done clears it from your card (and it's undoable).
The dashboard also flags system events your team should know about — like an automation that failed or skipped an action. See Needs-Attention Notices for what it catches and how to resolve or silence a notice.
The dashboard is in the iOS app too, so you can triage from wherever you are on property.
Open a card’s full list with View all, then use the back arrow to return to the dashboard.
Tags reach you as a push notification. When a teammate @-tags you in an internal note, your phone tells you — you don’t have to be looking at the dashboard to catch it.
Good to know: The mobile dashboard needs app version 1.2.9 or later. This one is a fresh App Store install rather than an automatic update.
Start each shift on the dashboard. A quick look at Missed Calls and Voicemails tells you who's waiting on a callback before you dig into individual conversations.
Clear rows as you go. Mark handled or Dismiss keeps the cards honest, so what's left is genuinely outstanding.
