To get started with Hello Hotel, you’ll create an account at app.hellohotel.co. The process takes about two minutes.
Go to app.hellohotel.co and click Sign Up. Enter your name, email address, and a password.
After submitting, you’ll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to confirm your address and activate your account. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Once your email is verified, go to app.hellohotel.co and sign in with your email and password.
Hello Hotel works in your web browser — there’s no software to install. Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox are all supported.
After your first login, you’ll be guided through the onboarding checklist. The first step is creating your organization and adding your property’s details. See Setting Up Your Organization to continue.
Use your work email. Your email is how your team identifies you in conversations, so use the address your property knows you by.
Browser notifications matter. You’ll be prompted to allow notifications — say yes. This is how you’ll know when calls and messages come in.
Bookmark the app. Add app.hellohotel.co to your bookmarks or pin the tab so it’s always accessible during your shift.
